Nissi Welfare Society (NWS) is a nonprofit organization committed to social welfare. Donations made to the trust are used for charitable activities and social initiatives. Please read our Privacy, Refund, and Cancellation Policy carefully before making a contribution.

1. Donations Policy

• All donations made to Nissi Welfare Society are voluntary and non-refundable.
• Once a donation is processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances.
• We encourage donors to verify all details before completing their donation.

2. Errors in Donation Transactions

• In case of any error, such as duplicate transactions or incorrect amounts, donors must notify us within 48 hours of the transaction.
• Upon verification, we will assess the request and process refunds only in cases of genuine transaction errors.

3. Event or Campaign Cancellations

• If a fundraising event or campaign is canceled by Nissi Welfare Society, donors will be notified, and alternative arrangements may be provided.
• Donations made for specific campaigns or projects remain non-refundable.

4. Refund Processing

• If a refund is approved due to a transaction error, it will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
• Nissi Welfare Society is not responsible for delays caused by banking or third-party payment systems.

5. Changes to Policy

Nissi Welfare Society reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website.
